Top Tips for a Whiter Smile

Show me those pearly whites! Are you constantly hiding your smile due to lackluster teeth? My teeth growing up and well into my adult years were very soft and would stain very easily.  I would try product after product. Some would work and some would not.  But, the problem I had is that certain whitening products would highlight certain spots on my teeth and they would become whiter:/ And,that is not a good thing because the rest of my teeth would not match. Over the years, my front teeth became very soft and brittle which led me to having get veneers on a few of my teeth. How I am Learning to Stay Balanced and How You Can Too

www.alwaysrosy.com

In 2007, I was in a bad car accident and was rear-ended by a truck ( will leave the name out but, I will let you know it was a big delivery truck that we see all the time). The accident landed me into months of physical therapy and now my neck and back has and will never be the same.  Few years after, my back and neck pain started to dissipate after continuing my daily exercises, yoga, eating right and getting sleep.  But, this all changed once I became pregnant and had children.  I love my children to pieces and thank God everyday for them! I of course, knew children could possibly bring back my chronic issues as with being pregnant.  Once the relaxin sets in, your muscles and ligaments start to loosen to prepare your body for labor and delivery.

During my first pregnancy, my neck and back issues came back to haunt me.  I could not sleep ( being pregnant we know sleep is inevitable especially in the 3rd trimester), had terrible lower back and sciatic pain, my neck was stiff and well just didn’t stop hurting.  It was hard for me to continue going to the gym because I developed pre-eclempsia and was put on mild bed rest.  I continued to practice pre-natal yoga with modifications, continued seeing the chiropractor and acupuncturist just to relieve the pain.  I also couldn’t be on the same muscle relaxers/steroids while being pregnant, but in the end I don’t want to be on pain meds the rest of my life. It truly was debilitating.  Fast forward a year and half later, I was pregnant with my second child and everything just started all over again.  In between my pregnancies, I did muster some energy back up to go to the gym and get weekly adjustments but nothing was helping.  I lived with this pain 24/7 and being a mom and having a newborn and a toddler it was hard to sleep more than 3-4 hours a night.  Sleep is your best medicine.
