Shipping Policy -

Always Rosy offers free standard shipping anywhere within the UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands over £30 (£1.95 shipping charge below £30), arriving within 3-4 working days from the day of dispatch.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.

We also offer express shipping within the UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands for £4.99, which will be sent Royal Mail Express service, arriving within 1-3 working days from day of dispatch.

As of November 2024, we no longer offer shipping to Northern Ireland or Isle of Man, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Times -

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days once ordered and paid for. Most in-stock orders are delivered to the UK Mainland within 3-4 working days, after dispatch. Made to order items typically take 7-14 days to manufacture and cure. Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail, for larger orders or courier-chosen orders we typically use DPD, however, we may use other couriers. You will be informed of which courier we use and will be sent any tracking information we have from the courier.

What happens if I'm not in to accept my delivery? -

Most of our items are shipped via the Royal Mail network, if you are not in when your order is delivered a card should be posted through your letterbox, advising of a failed delivery and you will be given a re-delivery date or a phone number to contact to arrange delivery at your convenience. If the parcel is returned to us after courier redelivery attempts we will make every effort to get it redelivered, however you are responsible for the cost of the re-delivery. This statement remains the same for the other couriers we use.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame (3-4 days after dispatch for normal orders) then please contact us via our Contact Us page. Please ensure that you let us know as soon as possible if something has not arrived or been lost in transit as we are unable to track/trace items after 28 days of dispatch.

Cancellation of your order -

Cancellation of orders can be requested before 3pm on the day of purchase, although we can not guarantee the order will be cancelled.
Once your order is dispatched with the courier we can not cancel the order or make any changes (e.g add/remove products or change of address).
If you need to cancel your order once it has already been dispatched then you will need to start a return process, please refer to our returns section.

Changes to your order -

Changes to your order can be requested before 3 pm on the day of purchase, although we can not guarantee the order will be changed.
Once your order is dispatched with the courier we can not make any changes (e.g add/remove products or change of address).
